Welcome to our songwriting challenges!
These challenges are intended for artists of all levels, regardless of instrument or level of ability to grow in their ability to write songs. These challenges are intended to drive collaboration. My hope in running these is to help motivate and inspire Catholic musicians to grow. While these are challenges, I don’t intend for these challenges to cause isolation, but to drive artists. I’m the kind of person that needs a project and a deadline in order to complete something. I’m sure I’m not alone.
For the onset I am going to run these challenges once a month. Eventually, depending on interest and demand I may launch concurrent challenges, but I always want to give folks enough time to work on challenges through the month. I encourage participants to use the “Songwriting Challenge” area of the forums to float ideas around these challenges. I’m also always going to be looking for challenge ideas.
